Position: Property Tour Agent
Position Overview
The Property Tour Agent plays a vital role within The One Properties and SafeStays two rapidly expanding brands with operations across multiple cities and an extensive, continually growing property portfolio. This position is responsible for coordinating and conducting property tours for prospective clients, ensuring a professional, personalized, and exceptional experience at every visit.
The ideal candidate will confidently highlight key features of each property, address client questions, and help potential tenants or buyers determine whether the home aligns with their needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Tour Management
- Organize, schedule, and confirm property tour appointments.
- Ensure each property is prepared, presentable, and ready to be shown to clients.
Property Presentation
Conduct property tours, showcasing unique features, benefits, and value.
Provide accurate explanations of rental or purchase terms, neighborhood details, and any other relevant information.
Client Service & Guidance
Listen to clients’ needs, preferences, and expectations to offer appropriate recommendations.
Resolve questions and provide information on additional available properties if the toured property does not meet their requirements.
Feedback & Reporting
Collect client impressions after each tour and communicate important insights to the sales or property management team.
Suggest improvements or adjustments to the commercial strategy based on market feedback.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with the acquisitions and operations teams to ensure all properties are properly maintained and tour-ready.
Communicate with the sales team regarding potential leads and highly interested clients.-
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in customer service or sales (real estate experience preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal presence.
Professional, detail-oriented, and able to build trust with clients. - Understanding of the local real estate market (training provided if necessary).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal team.
